Welcome to Extract My Leads (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using our Extract My Leads browser extension (the “Extension”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Binding Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Extension. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference).

1.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) to use the Extension. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. Single Purpose
Extract My Leads is designed exclusively to help users copy publicly displayed contact data—such as emails, phone numbers, and addresses—from Facebook pages, profiles, and groups. The Extension does not include any other functionalities beyond these lead-extraction features.

2.2. No Endorsement by Facebook
Extract My Leads is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook. You are solely responsible for your compliance with Facebook’s Terms of Service when using the Extension.

2.3. Premium Features
Certain features of the Extension are only available through a paid subscription or one-time purchase (“Premium Features”). By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to our pricing and payment terms, which may be updated from time to time.

3. User Obligations

3.1. Responsible Use
You agree to use the Extension in a responsible and lawful manner. You will not use the Extension:

To violate or circumvent any applicable law or regulation.
To extract data in a way that violates third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
For any form of unauthorized or automated data collection (e.g., scraping) that infringes upon third-party platforms’ or websites’ terms of service, including Facebook’s.

3.2. Accuracy of Information
You acknowledge and agree that any contact data extracted from Facebook is dependent on what is displayed publicly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data.

3.3. Account and Subscription
If you subscribe to Premium Features, you agree to:

Provide and maintain accurate account information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Promptly update your account if any information changes.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1. Third-Party Payment Service
We use ExtensionPay or a similar payment/licensing service to process and verify subscriptions. You agree to abide by ExtensionPay’s terms of service, privacy policies, and any other applicable terms when making payments or managing your subscription.

4.2. Pricing and Changes
We may change our pricing at any time. If the pricing changes for existing users, we will provide notice in accordance with local legal requirements (e.g., via email or an in-extension notification).

4.3. Refunds
Refund policies (if any) will be determined by us or by the payment provider and will be stated in the purchase or subscription terms. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact our support team or the payment provider directly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the Extension are the property of Extract My Leads or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any license to use any of our trademarks or other intellectual property.

5.2. License to Use the Extension
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to resell, distribute, or sublicense the Extension to any third party.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Extension, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. “As Is” and “As Available”
The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Extension’s quality, reliability, performance, or accuracy.

7.2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular results. Extracted data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on such data.

7.3. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for any issues, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms, including Facebook, that may affect the Extension’s functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Exclusion of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Extension, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

8.2. Aggregate Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms and your use of the Extension exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Extension in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.3. Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Extract My Leads and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your use or misuse of the Extension.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Modifications and Termination

10.1. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice (e.g., via an in-extension notification).

10.2. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Extension. You may also terminate these Terms by uninstalling the Extension. Upon termination, your license to use the Extension will end.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Extension will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution. Any formal legal action must be filed in the courts located within the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force
